· Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to identify customers and promotional activities for the event
· Engage and develop customer relationship with customers not limiting to industry associations, VIPs, Buyers and Visitor Delegation groups
· Build new leads, collate and maintain the customer database
· Attract and manage VIPs, Buyers and Visitor delegation to ensure that they have a seamless and engaging experience at the event.
· Understand and address industry trends and business matching requirements of customers, and assist in the exploration and line up of business matching opportunity
· Facilitate contact for both buyer and exhibitors, and make sure they attend on time as scheduled for business matching
· Assist in the coordination of delegation and buyers programme at physical events
· Main coordinator for off-site tours to partners’ facilities including tour list, schedule, coordination between guides, transportation and refreshments.
· Provide customers with timely update on the latest development of our events
· Measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights
· Track, evaluate and report results
· Supporting the marketing team in administrative tasks
Requirements & Skills
· Minimum 3 years of relevant/event and customer service experience, Diploma Holder
· Self-learner, passionate with speaking, working and meeting people
· Desire to develop in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Able to commit longer working hours i.e. weekends during event period and leading up to event
