At this current time our team is working a hybrid pattern i.e., a mixture of office and home working. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office at Causeway House whilst completing induction training.

Prepare work orders and send out via email.
Prioritise and process customer orders and requests.
Provide Customers with repair quotations.
Invoice completed jobs and approve sales invoices accordingly.
Answer all inbound calls.
Upload own staffing and Engineer's timesheets.
Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries.
Order and chase up routine spares and update the in-house system.
