TAB is established in 1999 by Thales Avionics Division at Beijing Airport Industrial Zone, and is part of Thales world-wide avionics support & services network. TAB has over 1600m2 of facility including repair station and office area with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, CAAC and FAA certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Daily update receiving and shipment information on the customer's portal for all customers.
- To create repair quotation and ensuring timely upload to customer's portal for CES GCSS QSEB only.
- Daily check the quotation acceptance on the customer's portal and approve in SAP for CES GCSS products.
- Daily upload the quotation into CHH & CSN's portal for ASW & GCSS products.
- Assist in trials, team and roll-out of projects
- Assist/Lead in the implementation and execution of new process/way-of-work.
- To perform time-study of work processes, presenting reports and statistics
- To propose process improvements in physical or data flow, participate/help in Kaizen activities.
Requirements:
- Junior colleges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in providing assistance to team members
- Proficient with office software
