Job Scope

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries for local and overseas customers
• Processing customer orders according to ISO standards, including entering orders into enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, picking, packing, and dispatching, while ensuring proper handling of products
• Maintaining the documentation for import and export activities, including airway bills, permits, licenses, etc. for customs clearance
• Ensuring all shipping documents, labels, and packaging are correct for dispatch
• Liaising with sales team, customers, logistics companies, delivery personnel and packaging suppliers
• Filing of shipping documents, invoices, and other documents
• Managing inventory and processing of stocking orders
• Conducting warehouse stock take
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Any other ad-hoc duties

a) Custom Declaration

• Accepting and checking the instructions, information, and documents that enable the customs declaration to be made, in compliance with the regulations. 
• Providing all the information required by the Customs Authorities.
• Delivering the necessary documents and the declaration to the Customs Clerk, in the event of an inspection or a physical check on the goods. 
• Assisting with and taking part in the physical checks on goods carried out by the Customs Authority, if required.

b) Customs Procedures and Regulations

• Playing a support role in the implementation of new regulations 
• Providing technical support to the sales staff when they canvass and visit customers regarding Customs matters.
• Find solution for rejected applications.
• Playing a support role in the implementation of new regulations.
• Providing technical support regarding Customs matters. 

c) Specific Activities

• Final year students in Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Logistics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Assist F&F team by receiving and handling inquiries from prospect and customers.
• Manage the relationship of existing accounts by proactively anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Maintain and manage quotations and rate validities through the quotation system.
• Ensure a fast response to quotation requests and advise the customer on transport options (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing, review routing provided by MO, carry out quotation, set validity, include terms and conditions) .
• Maintaining buying rates and negotiate with procurement to meet customers’ expectation.
• Follow-up with customers on quotations to ensure feedback and a high success rate.
• Handle rate requests from network and requests from regional.
• Support sales in establishing SOPs as per customer's needs and ensure transfer to customer operation support.
• Act as the bridge to operations and provide feedback for continuous improvement of services. – needs to be reviewed.
• Handle resolution of customer complaints through further investigation with concerned parties – needs to be reviewed.

• Fresh graduate/undergraduate students in marketing/any major from recognized university or relevant qualification.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills & teamwork.

• Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking.
• Good understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point).

• Receive shipping docs: Commercial invoice, Packing List, P/O, C/O, B/L & some related documents from Forwarder and Global Business (GBs) 
• Check the accuracy, validity, and unification of documents 
• Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declaration
• Prepare, submit to sign, stamp document and return to customs broker
• Receive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing 
• Input data into Report
• Transfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into Folder
• Make Payment Requisition for customs broker / forwarder
