Client Care Management

• Act as the point of contact to interact and gather feedback from residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.

Service Quality

• Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / GCE “A” level / GCE “O” level / GCE “N” level in a relevant discipline
• Possess at least 1 - 2 years working experience in Service Quality function or quality improvement programmes in healthcare or similar setup.
• Those with experience in Nursing Homes and/or long-Term Care Facility would be preferred.
• Ability to interact in at least 2 of the languages/dialects such as Malay, Mandarin or Tamil to communicate with the clients and families.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role reports to the Director of Customer Experience which is a group under the Regional Customer Satisfaction Team. The candidate’s primary focus is to champion service excellence delivery at our customer touchpoints (e.g. contact centers, service centers). You will lead the development, implementation, and assessment of training initiatives and quality assurance programs across multiple locations within the region.

Primary Responsibilities and Key Roles:

• Enhance end-to-end customer journey through:
• Customer feedback management (VOCs, Service audits, Data analysis & insights etc.)
• Active engagement of relevant stakeholders to address customer pain points
• Ownership of Service Recovery guidelines to empower frontline staff to resolve customer issues
• Set and drive regional initiatives to improve overall customer experience and NPS based on insights from customer feedback and trends analysis, including improvement of services processes and policies through customer journey mapping

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and quality assurance initiatives using appropriate metrics, such as pre- and post-training assessments, participant feedback surveys, and business impact analysis. Prepare regular reports detailing program performance, ROI, and recommendations for future enhancements.
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing programs to meet evolving business needs and respond to changing market dynamics

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in service quality or consumer research functions in either hospitality or retail industries and/or e-commerce
• Experience with feedback management & generating insights from VoC/NPS data for presentations to management and other departments. Experience with Excel, Tableau, and Natural Language Processing would be a plus
• Experience with conducting (qualitative and quantitative studies), ie, surveys, and focus groups to gain better insights of key drivers of customer satisfaction
• Understanding the end-to-end customer journey and develop action plans at each touchpoint to elevate the customer’s experience, including online purchase experience and post-purchase experience. A practitioner of design thinking methodology and a proven record of service process re-design is a plus
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects within tight deadlines

We are looking for an Associate Director in our dedicated dispute support practice for GCNA. This is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will have responsibility for growing and developing the practice in close collaboration with the head of the team and colleagues across different regions and service lines.

Role tasks and responsibilities

Dispute strategy and management

• Lead GCNA disputes work including proposals, project management, and client briefings.

• Ensure best in class execution and innovation around open-source research, source enquiries, and analysis.

• Manage and grow new and existing client relationships, with a focus on winning high-value, repeat mandates from law firms, in-house legal counsel and litigation funders.

• Play a leading role in developing our dispute support strategy alongside senior colleagues.

Business development

JOB SUMMARY

Determines appropriate Inspection processes and directs IQC personnel, where applicable, in executing day to day activities. Leads containment and resolution of supplier quality issues with the manufacturers and communicate status on non-conforming parts/suppliers across all programs. Ensuring ongoing site supplier evaluation is performed. Monitors and drives PPM issues with the supply base in addition to helping them achieve “Dock to Stock” certified with Jabil (in accordance to the vendor performance system).

Reviews all supplier discrepancies. Coordinates and tracks the corrective/preventative action effort.

Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs or manufacturability to all affected departments.

Provides insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies with the supply base.

More About the Role

The Site Support Integrator (SSI) will interface with site personnel and commander ensuring communication of upcoming efforts are approved ahead of any Government and Contractor travel or work. The SSI performs escort duties as requested by the Government and shall be responsible for coordinating Visitor Access Requests (VAR) and escort authorization. Will also provide site support to review TOs and drawings.  The SSI maintains and ensures accuracy of baseline site mission floor plan data and provides to stakeholders, upon request. The SSI also reviews schedules for implementation of engineering analysis, requirements affecting a specific system and coordinating scheduling requirements with the using command. Coordinate, monitor and assess the activities of all baseline equipment and software. Provides coordination with the user representatives at the operating locations. The CSSI also minimizes conflict with operations and provides technical assistance, ensures these activities are IAW approved installation criteria, plans and schedules that conform to the approved design. This SSI will also participate in hardware and software installations, tests, and acceptance activities.
