Service & Repair Manager
A global brand, leader in their field, is looking to appoint a Service and Technical Manager to manage the new product introductions into the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the UK standards.
The role will also involve leading a small team of technicians to deliver a high quality repair & testing service on all products whilst enhancing productivity, monitoring compliance & standards and keeping processes up to date.
With an electrical bias, you will be a strong leader with hands on management abilities and have an essential focus on attention to detail, technical analysis, data handling and reporting.
The person:
- Design, implement and manage repair and service processes.
- Experience in analysing data and inventory control on exchequer
- Proven team management experience
- Communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
- Ongoing awareness of regulations of business obligations
- Continuous learning, development and improvement attitude.
- Analytical minded with the attention to detail
- Inquisitive by nature with a technical flare
- Ability to identify and report potential issues to Senior Management
- Practical approach to resolving any technical problems
