Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker for a young man with autism in the Altrincham area.
You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care.
Duties for this Support Worker role
Maintain a safe environment for the user to build positive relationships with a view to going out into the community.
Supporting at mealtimes, using positive language to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Prompting to take medication at scheduled times.
Assisting and prompting with learning and education.
Maximising the use of different games and activities to promote good mental health.
Managing PTSD symptoms and using calming and de-escalation techniques which you will be trained in.

Able to work in the UK and can show documents
