• Perform system administration tasks (software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills).
• Support service issues and requests which includes attending to emergency technical maintenance after working hours.
• Participate in providing new technology training to staff

Requirements:

How you will create an impact

This role requires the candidate to work in a team of Customer Care Consultant to perform voice and non voice customer service and sales for transactions routed to the Inbound Sales & Service team, promptly, accurately and professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1/ Tier 2 workstation and systems operational support globally.
• Manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and patch management of systems.
• Responsible to deliver the IT infrastructure projects
• Set up and/or move PCs and laptops, maintain, and deploy current images (SCCM/Intune).
• Perform system recovery of deleted files, software installations, and respond to user questions and requests for assistance.
• Setup and test IP-based video conference sessions and audio call setups.
• Coordinate with external parties to facilitate video call sessions, serving as a senior escalation point for numerous technologies
• Take ownership of escalated support tickets, managing them from initiation to resolution.
• Proficiency in VMware (Vsphere, ESXi) and Windows Server Administration, including monitoring and performance tuning.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage efficiently.
• Experience in maintaining DNS and DHCP.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
