Freshworks is seeking a passionate and experienced Lifecycle & Retention Lead to drive the development and execution of email nurture programs aimed at supporting customers across their journey with us from onboarding, adoption, value realization and retention. Email Nurture Program Strategy:

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures

• Provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Oracle’s best practices for using and implementing Customer Experience business processes. This position is responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation.                  

Primary Responsibilities

Operation

• Attend daily briefings and takes on daily assigned tasks

• Understand the difference in guest levels (VIPs) and Room Categories

• Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures

• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to
