Job Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Handle and process claim accordance with the Company’s Claims Service Standard and/ or BNM’s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices (minimum standard).
• Check on all new claims registration, verify documents and assess claims to ensure accuracy of claims data.
• Review/ follow up on all outstanding claims on a regular basis.
