What this job involves:
Keeping the front desk under control
The reception counter is your realm. To be successful in this role, you should provide top-notch receptionist services to occupants and visitors. You will sit on top of their needs, as well as all incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll also be expected to come to grips with problems in a professional manner and hand over the faults or issues to the right personnel. You will also pay visits to occupants or visitors and attend to their concerns regularly.
Yielding can-do results
You will be the go-to person for all facilities bookings, so you’ll need to be a pro in using the visitor management system to register all occupants and visitors. You will be required to keep track of all updates and feedback into the OMS until a particular case is closed. You will also assist the management team on the day-to-day operations.

Experienced
You should have a minimum O / N Level certification with a minimum 2 years of experience relevant to the work to be performed. If you have previously worked in the related field, that’ll definitely work to your advantage.
Passionate about customers
Is customer service second nature to you? Are you a team player who’s eager keen to learn? To be outstanding in this role, you should also be positive-thinking, full of pep, and always on the go. You should also have superb communication skills so you can hit it off with the people you’ll be in contact with on a daily basis.
In the know about technology
If you are IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet, then you’re definitely a match to this role!
