Senior Customer Success Management Executive (IT Industry)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Customer Success Executive at Karuna, you will play a pivotal role in building and

maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our

technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and advocacy by

developing strategic account plans and engaging with key stakeholders within our customer

organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations,

including executives, decision-makers, and end users, to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership.

Strategic Account Management:

Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer's specific needs and goals, with

an emphasis on driving retention, growth, and advocacy within the tech space.

Onboarding and Training:

Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition by providing in-depth

training on our technology products and services, and enabling customers to achieve their desired

outcomes.

Customer Engagement:

Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for upselling

or cross-selling additional tech products or services, and address any concerns or challenges they may

face.

Primary Point of Contact:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, or escalations, collaborating with

internal technical teams to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within our organization, advocating for their

needs and priorities across all departments, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall customer

experience.

Feedback Analysis:

Collect and analyze feedback from customers on their experience with our technology solutions,

identifying trends and areas for improvement, and working with internal teams to drive product

enhancements or process optimizations.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performance metrics related to customer success, such as customer

satisfaction scores, retention rates, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, taking proactive measures to

ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field is required.

Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account

management, or sales within the tech industry, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction

and retention.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and

collaborate effectively with both customers and internal technical teams.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and

solution-oriented approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.

Adaptability:

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment.

Main purpose of the job:

The main purpose of the Senior Executive - Customer Service (Team Leader) in the Collections Department (Inbound Team) is to lead and support a team in achieving collection performance targets, while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description:

• To ensure staffs are adhere with the Company's internal policies and guidelines as well as BNM and regulatory requirements.
• Supervising day-to-day inbound collection team operations and handle escalation call from inbound officer.
• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• To monitor and manage team on daily basis.
• To conduct call quality monitoring, relief team member and handling incoming calls
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all inbound team activities and discussion
• Assessing service statistic and preparing detailed reports based on findings.
• To remind customer regarding payment due date and another information to help customer make payment in a timely manner
• To drive for first call resolution for any customer grivance within specified time frame
• Proactively attending customer's need and queries, provide solution to their problems.
• To communicate with various department in order to maintain goodwill and resolve customers problem.
• To relief Unit Head on any operation support related matter to ensure operation running smoothly if require.
• To perform any ad-hoc task/matters assign by Management.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service or collections, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing a team and achieving collections targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using collections software, and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of collections processes and relevant legal/compliance regulations.

Main Purpose of Job:

The main purpose of a collector is to manage customer’s account on monthly basis, ensure all accounts pay before due date & to ensure customer’s account maintain and does not increase in ageing.

Job Description:

• Responsible to each separate individual result (collection result).
• Advise customer to make the payment on time.
• Re act as a reminder to remind customer regarding the payment due date
• Response customer request based on the customer requirement
• To ensure to maintain customer service and company image.
• Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.
• Extensive follow up with customer via phone calls/email/fax to ensure that they pay in accordance to credit term.
• Ensure good clients relationship & service levels.
• Achieve the set standards in collections and financial objectives of collections by the management.

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree Holder.
