Our client, a market leader in their field, are looking for a Head of Customer Service to join their fast-paced and rapidly growing team. As a Head of Customer Service , you will lead the customer support function globally.
Your usual hours will be from 9am to 5:30pm however there will be a requirement to support global teams out of hours as well as some travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Head of Customer Service , you will be:
· Responsible for performance and maintenance of the customer service activities
· Responsible for delivering SLA and quality targets through an omnichannel approach.
· Running teams in all Geographical locations.
· Leading continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of improving both customer and employee experience
· Act as the voice of the customer, helping shape business decisions and processes to services and reduce costs.
· Driving customer feedback to collect demonstrable data to help the business make key decisions on products and services
· Utilising current technology to improve customer and employee experience, as well as seek out new technology to support improvement
· Coordinating with various other departments to facilitate problem resolution, and promote customer satisfaction.
· Supporting and managing third party suppliers globally to deliver exceptional service
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of Head of Customer Service , you will need:
· Strong leadership skills with experience in managing fast paced support / call centre environments
· A keen eye for improving processes to make the customer and employee experience better
· High energy and resiliency to solve daily challenges as well as plan for the future
· Experience of continuous improvement activities and a key focus on the development of teams.
· Excellent communication skills
