Our Apprenticeship is your opportunity to gain the confidence and experience you need to get a real head start as a Junior Service Manager in the IT Services industry. This 12-18 month program will develop you into a capable team member, with real skills and responsibilities to drive the rest of your career.
Throughout the course you’ll learn and use skills that will support you in a wide range of tasks. As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, and by the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship you’ll be a trusted professional, ready to contribute to live projects and progress your career. If you are well organized and like analyzing information, can work in a team as well as being self-motivated and you have great communications skills, this program is for you.
What you’ll cover
You’ll develop some of the most essential business skills around. From a technical perspective, your modules will cover the general principles of doing business with our clients, reporting and analyzing important data, plus managing budgets, resources, and business change. You’ll also receive plenty of support to improve your soft skills, which are just as crucial. This will include planning your time, preparing reports, presenting at meetings, directly serving our customers, and building relationships with people across the business.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills and help your local community, by utilizing your volunteer days to support our local Social Value programs.
We’ll give you everything you need to operate as a fully-fledged business professional as a Junior Service Manager.
Entry requirements: Our standard entry requirements apply - minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (grade 4-9 / A-C) including Maths and English.
