Young Adult Complex Care Assistant – Alcedo Care –Part Time – Leyland – Prefibly 6 months Care expereience within the Health Care Sector. However all training is provided by our trained nurses.
Complex sit for a Young Adult in Leyland, providing care for a Complex young individual in their own home, shift patterns can include; 8AM-8PM, 3:30PM-8PM, 8PM-8AM
Our Complex Nurses are looking to build a permanent team to support and assist a Happy, young, clinically complex individual in their own home. This would be assisting with:
• PEG feeds
• Cough Assist and Nebulisers
• Saturation monitoring
• Epileptic, Seizure Monitoring
• Clinical Observations
• Client is Non-verbal therefore learning how to build a relationship with the client to learn triggers and body language to ensure high standards of quality care are being delivered.
• Ensuring professional boundaries are being met within the work place.
