Registered Care Manager
Location: North London
Salary: £35,000- £45,000(DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen forRegistered Care Manager with 3 yeras of experience to join areputable home care services provider, serving adults with learning disabilities, specialising in Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Epilepsy, Challenging Behaviour, Complex issues.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operational management of two sites, ensuring a supportive environment tailored to residents with Autism.
you will be responsible for:
- Develop dynamic support plans for residents.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and Health and Safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked for at least 3 years as a Registered Care Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing residential care homes.
- Possess multi-site management experience.
- Knowledge of social care and accommodation services.
- Possess relevant qualification in health or social care management.
- Registered with CQC.
- Valid driving licence would be desirable.
