Customer Service Coordinator
Do you have experience of providing great customer service
We have a summer assignment until the end of August that may continue depending on requirements.
We require someone with good admin experience, word, excel.
Must have a driving licence as you will be visiting other departments of the client.
If you have any experience of working in any of the following departments
leisure, play, sport and recreation, cleansing, allotments, harbour, parking, grounds maintenance or facilities maintenance services that would be a benefit.
Specific duties will include
Helping with customer query phone calls.
Writing and sending letters for allotments on debt chasing and non-cultivation.
Dealing with waiting, list emails and updating database; helping with allotment audit including driving to allotment sites and speaking to allotment reps, detailing allotment requirements and writing up notes.
37 hours per week Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 17.00pm
Pay rate of £13.69 per hour
