Monday to Friday - Shift Patterns 7-3, 9-5, 10-6pm
(Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home)

We're looking for someone to join us in our Bristol office as a Care Coordinator! We're looking for a personable individual with great organisation skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In this role you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business. It is a really rewarding role where your actions can improve peoples lives every day.

Everyday you will…
Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails
Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and
colleagues.
Utilize your attention to detail to support with day team with booking candidates into shifts, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements and availability.
Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a customer service or customer-focused environment with the customer being at the heart of everything that we do
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst remaining resilient.
The drive to learn and grow your skillset to improve performance with a willingness to pick up the phone and speak to people as much as possible!
