Responsibilities
• Meet and greet dealership customers and be the face of the business
• Be ultra-organized and efficient in your duties
• Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles and technical queries
• Keep the customer updated and in touch at every stage of their journey
Qualifications
• Main Dealer Service Advisor experience is a benefit for this role
• Excellent face to face customer skills and a great telephone manner
Salary and Benefits
• Basic Salary £30k+ pa
• Bonus available on upsell, service plans etc
• Main Dealer training and benefits
• 8am-6pm M-F, 1 in 3 Sats 8am-12pm
