• Provide excellent customer service, and be the face of the business
• Give good technical advice to clients regarding their vehicles and work undertaken
• Be well organized, and able to work in a small team

• Nice to have service advisor experience

• Up to £35k Basic
• Monday – Friday, Sats on rota

If you are looking for an advisor role with a difference, this could be just what you have been waiting for. The ideal candidate will have good experience in the Service Advisor role, customer skills, organized and adaptable, computer literate and comfortable with computerized systems! You will be part of a small team in this well renowned family business, in a role which has come about due to ongoing increased workload. This role will suit experienced Service Advisors, a Workshop Controller who wants more customer interaction, or a Technician looking to put down the tools. Responsibilities
• Meet and greet customers, book in work, and keep clients updated
• General admin, answering phone and emails
• Work with the rest of the team

Qualifications
• Relevant motor trade experience

• Bonus scheme currently £6,000 to £10,000 pa
• 8-6 M-F, 1 Sat a month 830-1
• Training given
• 22 days holiday + BH
