• To be specifically responsible for providing project support and information/analysis, in contributing to the organisation’s International Resourcing strategy.
• Work with the clients directly about project oversight and provide all admin support as needed, including logistics and details plans.
• To co-ordinate the interview process between clients and new recruits from overseas.
• To ensure compliance against all HR governance requirements/standards set by regulatory bodies e.g. NMC, CQC, HCPC, UKVI etc and are adhered to.
• Maintain and develop a productive working relationship with relevant stakeholders, communicating effectively and offering a high level of customer service.
• Respond to any enquiries either face to face, by email/letter or on the telephone in a knowledgeable, sensitive, timely and customer-focused manner.
• Ensure recruitment personal files are produced in a timely and accurate manner and maintained in line with organisation’s policies and procedures.
• Providing and receiving complex or sensitive information, or providing advice, instruction, where the subject matter is straightforward.
• Participate in continuous personal development including, statutory and mandatory training as appropriate for the post
