*Full Job Description: *
§ Warmly greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the facial spa.
§ Guide clients to the appropriate services and treatment rooms.
§ Answer phone calls and respond to messages on various platforms (IG/FB/WhatsApp).
§ Schedule and manage appointments for clients.
§ Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and display area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures) are available.
§ Provide accurate information about services and promotions in person, via phone, and email.
§ Order and manage spa supplies, keeping an inventory of stock.
§ Enter invoices and update customer records daily in the POS system.
§ Assist with any other administrative duties as required.
*Requirements:*
§ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
§ Ability to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
§ Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and reception duties.
§ Proficiency in English and Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking clients.
§ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
§ Strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
