Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing

Amex Global Business Travel Global Customer Marketing is looking for excellent and hardworking marketing talent to join its team and deliver impactful campaigns for its Amex GBT Egencia solution.

Your responsibilities in this role:
- Support Egencia lifecycle customer marketing goals and strategy by implementing the team roadmap and activities.
- Flawlessly coordinate delivery of customers email automated programs from end to end: briefing, content creation/gathering, resizing, reviews, approval coordination, deployment, within a specific timeline & budget.
- Produce business presentations for commercial teams within a specific timeline and budget.
- Efficiently collaborate and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders such as marketing, salesforce, business intelligence, analytics, product & commercial teams to deliver your campaigns.
- Share content putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs and desires.
- Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines and legal & data protection requirements.
- Report on campaign performance using email and online performance metrics. Use results to optimize your programs. Share progress updates and key milestones with business partners.
- Support communication and training efforts within the organization to effectively drive adoption of new campaigns and processes.
Your skills:
- You have extensive experience, in customer marketing campaigns, email automation and project management in a B2B environment, for a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- You have strong organizational skills and are used to managing several projects and stakeholders at the same time with tight deadlines.
- Your rigor and attention to detail are your key qualities.
- You always seek excellence, systematically delivering creative and high-quality work.
- You are agile and have the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- You know how to manage multi-step approvals and complex processes to move projects forward.
- You have a proven history working independently and prioritizing multiple projects.
- You have a love of data and digging into the story behind the data.
- You are curious, glad to receive feedback and have a constant desire to learn more.
- You are an excellent communicator who clearly articulates messages to various audiences.
- You possess cross-team collaboration skills and inspire others with a positivity and empathy toward the needs of customers and colleagues.
This is a flexible Hybrid role, commutable to our offices in Canary Wharf, London.
