With experience in food and beverage, along with the skills to manage, house keeping and bookings.
Major duties:
• Manage guests' bookings
• Facility management
• Food and beverage management
• Coordinate maintenance
• Coordinate house keeping and cleaning
• Help chef manage restaurant and service
• Requisition stock, materials, supplies, or equipment.
• Schedule employee work hours by coordinating activities.
• Supervise and coordinate activities workers engaged in food preparation, housekeeping, grounds maintenance & service.
• Deal with complaints or issues that arise.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established.
• Meet with customers to discuss needs.
Work experience: At least two years’ Experience Hospitality management.
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality OR At least two years’ Experience
Salary: A$65,000 – A$80 ,000 + Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
