Job Description:

Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services
• Set-up meeting rooms as specified
• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
• Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
• Coordinate all hospitality-related functions and assist in prep set‐up/break‐down of all meetings, conferences and offsite events to ensure all requests are scheduled appropriately according to specified timelines provided by lawyers and legal practice assistants.
• Assist lawyers and support staff with menu arrangements, meeting room reservations and catering requests, accurately documenting all aspects to ensure all requests are met and information has been properly entered and executed.
• Provide Reception Desk coverage, including greeting, directing, and otherwise assisting firm guests; reception telephone coverage and responding in a timely manner to online/emailed space requests.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
• Minimum of 5 years Hospitality/Concierge/Restaurant experience
• Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Description:

A Service Specialist – Facilities provides various administrative support services to our clients which may include office moves, conference room setups, and miscellaneous facilities-related tasks.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Performs office related duties including office moves, replicating appearance in new location; set up of new offices with supplies, ensuring all equipment is functional, and office is presentable; departures, removal of all files delivering them to appropriate personnel, packaging of personal items, and ensuring office is presentable for next occupant

• Sets up conference rooms, meeting special client requirements, including correct table set up, tables are clean, lighting / shading is functional, and room is presentable

• Performs facilities related duties including picture hanging, small furniture set up, infrequent assembly of small furniture and other special needs as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ work experience in a customer services field

• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

• Ability to grasp, lift or carry items on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 16.75 to 25.13 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
