Summary and Benefits

• Service Crew: $2,200 - $2,900
• Location: 10 Stanley Street (Walking distance from Telok Ayer MRT)
• 5.5 days, 44 hours per week
• 16-seater fine dining working environment

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Crew

• Provide smooth and efficient services at the Restaurant
• Prepare opening and closing of the Restaurant
• Standard service duties include taking and processing food orders, receiving and handling guests, cashiering, preparation of beverages etc
• Provide friendly, excellent quality service to all guests
• Clear and reset counters or tables
• Execute any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes
• Experience in a Japanese fine dining environment will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Great team player and customer service-oriented
• Possess Food Safety and Hygiene certification
• Able to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Working Day

• Full time: 5.5 days work week
• Part time: 3 days work week, depending on the reservations for the week

Salary

• Full Time - Up to S$3,500 (depends on work experience)
• Part time - Up to $2,000 (depends on work hours)

Working location: CBD (Walking distance from Telok Ayer MRT Station)
