This is a hybrid position working Monday - Thursday in-office and Friday working from home!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Co-lead processing and distributing daily mail for the office

• Cover receptionist breaks/lunches or as needed, managing the phones and greeting guests

• Assist with bank deposit duties as assigned

• Ensure that kitchen and conference rooms are kept clean and well stocked

• Manage new hires/terminations spreadsheets and onboarding and offboarding assignments

• Secondary point of contact for onsite conference rooms and technology

• Provide backup support for agency Errors & Omissions reports

• Maintain complex licensing records: Track and coordinate application, renewal and affiliation mandates; work closely with Profit Center Leaders across Oregon and Washington to facilitate and support interoffice licensing demands

• Duties are done in a team environment

• Other duties or special projects may be assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent; with at least two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training

• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to apply critical thinking skills and utilize a thoughtful approach to solving problems

• Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and Office365

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• AMS360 experience or skills to learn software program at a basic level at an accelerated ability

• Basic understanding of insurance and business terminology is preferred

TARGET PAY: $22 - $26 / per hour
