Job Summary

Reporting to Property Manager, the Property Management Assistant is required to provide administrative and operational support. This role includes building maintenance and servicing, collection and monitoring of rental/maintenance fees, in respect of the Warehousing Complex. 

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Property Management, Business Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property management or related field
• Good communication and customer skills
• Proficiency in MS Words and MS Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and payment of materials.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terns and agreements.
• Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier information.
• Review quality of purchased products.

• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and place order as needed.
