Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
ā¢ Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs
ā¢ Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage
ā¢ Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team
ā¢ Assist QS manager and contracts manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
ā¢ Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts
ā¢ Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers
ā¢ Preparation and submission of Variation Order & Progress Claim to Client (LTA)
ā¢ Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any dispute or variation
ā¢ Any other adhoc tasks assigned by QS Manager / Contracts Manager
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering.
ā¢ 5- 8 yearsā experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project.
ā¢ Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.
ā¢ Experience with LTA project is preferable.
