Job Responsibilities:

Manage & maintain physical property in defects, wear & tear, leakages, M&E issues:

1.Defects:

• Manage the defect division for the delivery of good workmanship rectifications.
• Liaise with main contractors on site coordination and technical issues.
• Work independently and attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Ensure safety compliances at construction sites. All other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Attend to owners’ feedback professionally in compliance with service standards and provide reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback.
• Monitor and organise the documentation on all building defects (including reports and photos), working in collaboration with departments and contractors to ensure timely completion.

2.Maintenance:

⁠- Work with maintenance manager & team for the delivery of good maintenance workmanship.
