We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Yorkshire area to deliver a planned works and decarbonisation project.

We are looking for a proven commercial professional with experience in refurbishment programmes, ideally within the Social Housing sector with knowledge of internal and external planned maintenance programmes and a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.

This role would also suit an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience surveying within the water sector or on major infrastructure projects and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or equivalent).
