Our superb UK based legal client is seeking a number of Property Lawyers to join their organisation at their Peterborough offices owing to business growth at a variety of different levels working Monday to Friday - on a hybrid working basis.
As Property Lawyer, you may be experienced in both freehold and leasehold sales, or may have experience on shared ownership, new build, leasehold purchase and other specialist areas. You will manage your own case load, dealing with clients, solicitors, bank and mortgage lenders, surveyors etc to pull together the sales and purchase of your clients properties. You will be set caseload targets to work to and once achieved the chance to earn a high level enhanced bonus is available continually.
Salary would be based on level of experience and specialism with basic salaries from £28,000 - £50,000 (for an all round specialist Property Lawyer with bonus earning potential OTE £40,000+ - £60,000+ (again based on level of experience. And the chance for ongoing training and career progression.
