As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage cost controls, budgets, and the financial planning of our projects, working closely with the commercial team and senior management. • Cost Management: Oversee and manage project budgets from inception to completion, ensuring financial targets are met.

• Valuations and Payments: Conduct regular valuations and approve payments for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets quality and contractual requirements.

• Experience: Experience in quantity surveying, ideally with a residential developer or within the housebuilding sector.
• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; RICS or CIOB membership preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cost planning, budget management, and construction contracts, with experience using cost management software (e.g., COINS, CostX).
• Analytical and Communication Skills: High attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for site visits.
