Due to further expansion of the group, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join this market leading practice in London at Director level.
The work will include working on a varied and interesting case-load which involves working with clients from different sectors including Retail, Energy, Hotels & Leisure, Offices, Industrial and Development.
The specialisms of the team include development (including vacant possession strategies and rights of light), property-related professional negligence, pre-emptive injunctive relief, secured lending, telecoms and rent review, in addition to the usual focus on management matters (including business lease renewals, dilapidations, breaks, arrears and tenant insolvency).

The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for supervising junior members of the team and will be required to assist with a busy case-load, which will include dealing with both contentious and potentially non contentious matters from their start through to a conclusion.

We are seeking a talented Estates Operative to join our client's outstanding team. The role involves performing internal and external upkeep and maintenance tasks, reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Daily waste management - shuffling general and recycling waste bins between bin stores and collection points
• External estate ground maintenance - litter picking, jet washing , deep cleaning etc.
• Overall up-keeping of the development
• Maintenance works inside and outside of the blocks
• Carrying out regular preventative maintenance tasks (training will be provided)
• Risk Management: Supporting the developments risk management routines, utilising the systems and processes to ensure compliance. This will include but is not limited to: -
• Liaising with the on site management team, client relationship / support team, contractors and customers to facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks.
• Completing risk actions, equipment testing (in and outside of the apartments where applicable) and recording the same. This is not limited to but would include fire alarm testing, tap / shower flushing, smoke ventilation testing, water testing, plant room inspections and sprinkler tests.
• Maintaining a detailed audit trial of all actions and certification within the system.

Working from their attractive and spacious offices as a Senior Claims Broker you will be the main point of contact when dealing with complex and contentious high-value International Property Claims.

Your new role
In your new role you will be handling international Property claims from cradle to grave. You will be ensuring that performance records are up to date and maintaining accurate records regularly, dealing with incoming correspondence appropriately, developing strong relationships with the market and creating comprehensive claims documents, presenting claims to underwriters, dealing with queries, providing feedback and responding appropriately to clients, insurers and relevant internal departments following up the status of the claim.

Long term opportunity for a Construction Manager on an intriguing data centre project in Hayes.

You will be managing the fit out package of data halls, the project is worth £200m.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the scope of their package.
• Attending and contributing in contractor pre start meetings.
• Attending and contributing in design team meetings.
• Chairing weekly sub-contractor progress meetings, taking and issuing meeting minutes.
• Attending safe starts.
• Approving RAMS.
• Attending DABS and contributing to the meeting, discussing coordination with other trades. If necessary taking the meeting, issuing the DABS report to all other team members.
