IT Administrator - Knottingley
£25,000 to £26,500 per annum
As a growing organisation and due to promotion within the organisation, we are now looking to fill the role of IT Administrator on a full time basis to support the wider IT Department, with responsibility of supporting the effective and efficient functioning of the IT process throughout the organisation.

As the IT Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Maintain accurate records of IT assets
Keep IT master data up to date e.g. distribution lists, security groups
Provision of routine IT reports
Providing advice and guidance on day to day IT related issues on request
Monitor adherence across the organisation of documented IT Policies and Procedures
Perform the building of company Android devices (mobiles/tablets) to the current standards
Managing mobile phone and landline phone related issues
Administer roll outs of new assets in accordance with the programme
Ensure that the approval matrix is appropriate and up to date
Escalating support issues with key suppliers
Raise any issue to line manager

Qualifications:
5 GCSE’s grade (A-C) or equivalent including English & Maths – Essential
Educated to A-Level or B-Tec level – Essential
A DBS will be required for this role.
