Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor based in Dorset. The contractor undertakes projects across a range of sectors including education, commercial, residential and leisure valuing typically up too £5mil.
About this Quantity Surveyor role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a couple of projects from the early procurement phase through to final account. You will be responsible for monthly cost reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
- Involvement in pre-construction activities
- Procurement
- Dealing with variations / valuations
- Final accounting sub-contract packages
Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract
- Live within commutable distance to Verwood and be happy to commute to sites
- Full right to work in the UK
