About the role of Senior/Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for a both a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Quantity Surveyor to join a central London based business working with private clients on high end residential projects valued between £10 Million and £50 Million. Initial project is a £25 million job for a client in Victoria and requires cut and carve and 2 stage tender experience. Senior and the quantity surveyor will be the number 1 and 2 on site so experience overseeing site operations and managing packages is essential.

Responsibilities for Senior/Quantity Surveyor:

• Managing the day-to-day operations on site (Senior).
• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages (QS)
• Managing Sub-Contractors (Senior and QS)
• Site Meetings.

Requirements for Senior/Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience on high end residential projects.
• Previous work as a number 1 and 2 on site respectively.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
