Job Role:

• Prepare letters, minutes, notes and other clerical support to officers as appropriate and as directed by the programme manager.
• Use initiative, tact and diplomacy in responding to queries, issues and problems which arise within the section in the absence of the programme manager.
• Order and monitor supplies of stationery and office requisitions for all staff within the section along with diary management of stakeholders.
• Be responsible for maintaining efficient recording and filing systems within the service as directed by the programme manager.
• Delegate tasks to the office team in the absence of senior management.
• Attend monthly meetings with key stakeholders, prepare meeting minutes and distribute meeting minutes.
• Preparing dashboards and presentations via Power BI

Day to day, you'll develop core commercial, company and industry related skills and knowledge, whilst building the business function and client relationships. You'll also be expected to:

• Assist in commercially managing a contract (or contracts), providing a comprehensive and professional commercial service from contract award to completion.
• Prepare change control and applications for payment in a timely manner for review and submission to the client.
• Support, from commencement to completion, the provision of all commercial deliverables in line with contract requirements and timescales (including supply chain contracts).

What is the Role?

As our Surveyor / Sales Advisor, you'll complete surveys in customers / tenants properties and sell domestic heating installations which suit their needs. In this role you will:

- Advise on and sell SSE Airtricity's range of offerings, which will include Housing Association domestic surveys and surveying for electric vehicle charging points

- Act as the key point of contact for private customer enquiries pre-installation

- Prepare quotations and calculate the costing of materials

- Complete all necessary admin associated with the job (updating databases, supplying literature etc)

- Offer and discuss finance options with customers

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent communication skills and experience of liaising with customers and clients at all levels

- A friendly, approachable and professional attitude, with good IT skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
