Job Descriptions

• Assisting the Senior QS in managing all proposals and contracts consistently.
• Responsible in preparing Project tenders.
• Review and check sub-contractor progress claims.
• Able to advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and method in tender pricing.
• To ensure that all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
• Liaise and work closely with the Project Manager on monthly cost reports.
• Participate in meetings with consultants, sub-contractors regarding contracts, costings, invoicing, and billing.
• Responsible for ensuring all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers, and expenses are in accordance with the budget.
• Prepare the pre- and post-project budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentation, and final accounts.
• Ensure progress claims, certifications, and invoices are issued on time.
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey.
• Minimum two (2) year's experience in the construction industry.
• Write and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional language is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and have organizational skills.
• A basic understanding of construction contracts is required.
• Candidate with on-site working experience will be an advantage.

職位要求

• 候選人必須至少擁有數量調查文憑/學位。
• 至少兩 (2) 年建築業經驗。
• 用英語和馬來語有效地寫作和溝通。精通其他語言是非常可取的。
• 能夠獨立工作，多任務處理，並具有組織能力。
• 需要對建築合約有基本的了解。
• 具有現場工作經驗的候選人將是一個優勢。
