- Develop budget estimates, earthwork design, plans and specifications, and perform construction contract administration.
- Operate as the liaison between the Contracting Officer and project contractors, and assist Contracting and Project Management in the development of project contracts and scopes of work.
- Manage, plan, schedule, and monitor the field and office construction functions for assigned projects, review and process construction submittals, shop drawings, and safety requirements.
- Develop designs and costs for construction modifications, and assist the Contracting Officer in the review and determination of contractor proposals.
- Conduct and/or participate in meetings and conferences related to project activities; perform site showings for senior officials.
- Maintain a good working relationship with contractor organizations, stakeholders, and customers; lead project meetings.
