What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for overseeing the facilities/real estate function in an independent corporation on a global basis.
Responsibilities include overseeing activities and negotiations relating to lease vs. buy, site selection, design, planning, construction of new facilities, and modification or expansion of existing facilities, including obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and clearances.
May oversee sublets/sales of company property.
Oversees building, plant and equipment maintenance and security and may oversee health and safety standards compliance.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-level key stakeholders effectively. Understanding their interests, expectations, and motivations. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals.
Possess a strong operational and financial acumen. Understand business processes, cost structures, and financial implications. Make informed decisions to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
Preferred experience in contract management. Familiarity with legal terms, negotiation, and compliance.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams. Encourage innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$157,700.00 - $233,750.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
