Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a full time (36.25 hours per week) Senior Surveyor, based in Newcastle with a salary of £40,924 per annum.

As a Senior Surveyor you will be part of a professional and customer focused team, with the responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service to all our customers. You will be responsible for delivering Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Compliance and Void Maintenance Services within timescales, to financial targets and to our high-quality. You will also provide colleagues and stakeholders with technical expertise to ensure we continue to deliver an effective maintenance service.
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes delivering a cyclical, planned and/or responsive maintenance service and who have a strong technical knowledge of property maintenance.
