• Monitoring risk and opportunity schedules and managing risk from Commencement to Completion.

The role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working across civil engineering and rail infrastructure projects. You will be based out of the office in Warrington and will be reporting into the Commercial Manager overseeing the project.

You will be a key part of the regional project delivery team and will be working on rail infrastructure projects such as structures, bridges, and station infrastructure schemes.

Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Presentation of all applications for payment, including all contractual entitlements.
• Ensuring that payments are received in accordance with the contract terms.
• Submission of estimate / tendering information to the client.
• Final Accounts, including negotiation of all contractual entitlements.
• Presentation of weekly cost / value information, delivery schedules and associated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations and Final Cost/Value Forecasts.
• Commercial support to the site and contracts management team.
