Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. My client is looking for an individual who has experience within a conveyancing environment to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
Your new role
Your new role as a Property Assistant will require you to maintain the organisation's legal files (electronic and physical), ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with the organisation's policies and regulations. You will be responsible for document management - drafting and refining documents and information that are central to the organisation's part in the property transactions. You will be expected to use your initiative in this role and operate with extreme attention to detail. This role involves many administrative tasks, such as general filing, telephone and email correspondence, liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties, data entry and other general administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who has strong administrative and clerical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and accuracy, as well as outstanding organisational skills. They will also be able to work using their own initiative. The successful candidate will be an individual who is computer-literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook and is experienced in a legal environment, ideally with knowledge of conveyancing transactions.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, which has the potential to be higher dependent on experience. The role will be a part-time position working 12/16 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will be working within a supportive work environment where there is access to free parking. The company offers a generous holiday allowance.
