Full time Receptionist/ Estate Agency Assistant.
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Receptionist/Estate Agency Assistant. As the first point of contact with our firm, we are looking for an organised and dependable person with good telephone and communication skills.
Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Receptionist duties include answering the telephone, dealing with general enquiries, distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, indexing of Wills and Title deeds, closing files and other general office duties. Estate Agency Assistant duties include assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of the Estate Agency which primarily involve managing Social Media Portals, arranging viewings for prospective buyers and establishing feedback for clients, input and update of the Company Website, generating Virtual Tours for property marketing and assisting with incoming and outgoing emails.
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel, would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided if required.
Salary will be reviewed after probationary period.
