• The client is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of statutory and non-statutory functions that directly impact upon the lives of residents of Gloucestershire.
• The Asset Management and Property team (AMPS) are responsible for delivering a wide-ranging capital programme and contracts as well as managing the property and assets that are part of the client’s responsibility.
• This includes the development and implementation of a comprehensive Corporate Asset Management Plan, Maintenance Strategy and Agile Working Plan to support the client’s Strategy and Vision, as well as to support Directorate and Service Estate Plans.

Your new role

Role overview

We are looking for a Property and Inventory Coordinator to conduct apartment move in condition inventories, inspections and move
out inventories at our brand new luxury community, Candleriggs.
You'll inspect and take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an
