An unserem Standort Stade, Deutschland suchen wir aktuelle eine/n Quality/ Quantity Surveyor (m/w/d) für den Bereich Gerüstbau.
Wir suchen eine Spezialisten, der stichprobenartig Abrechnungen und Dienstleistungsaufträge auf Korrektheit überprüft. Darüber hinaus beurteilt er Kostenschätzungen für Projekte und Maintenance.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
- Sie kontrollieren als Spezialist die Abrechnungen, Aufträge und Kostenschätzungen der Kontraktorenfirmen und initiieren bei Abweichungen entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Process Activity Leader, dem Leiter des Labour & Services Netzwerks und relevanten Supplier Management Action Teams zusammen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Aufwands- und Aufmaßkontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten vor Ort.
- Sie kontrollieren die richtige Anwendung der "Global Unit Rate Methodology", relevanter Teile des Global Maintenance Work Processes und entsprechender Verwaltungsabläufe.
- Sie kommunizieren mit den Kontraktorenfirmen zur einheitlichen Anwendung der Rahmenverträge, Unit Rates sowie Einhaltung relevanter Spezifikationen und initiieren bei Abweichungen entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Sie beteiligen sich proaktiv an der Erarbeitung und Verbesserung von Rahmenverträgen und Standardleistungsverzeichnissen.
- Sie führen fachspezifischer Trainings für relevante Mitarbeitergruppen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicherheitsrelevante Qualitätsabweichungen direkt an den zuständigen Anlagen-/ Abteilungsverantwortlichen.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Lehrberuf (z.B. Schlosser, Elektriker, M&R Mechaniker) oder inhaltlich vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Methodik der Root-Cause-Analyse
- Kenntnisse der Englischen Sprache
- Kenntnisse über spezielle Sicherheitsanforderungen der Anlagen/ Bereiche
- G26-3-Tauglichkeit
