What you’ll be doing
This role will support the coordination and management for both ongoing vendor governance activities and support the Real Estate Service Model Transformation Program. The team is responsible for governance and relationship management of our third-party supplier Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) and includes support for all domain areas of the BGIS agreement: Facilities Management, Lease Administration, Construction Project Management, Professional Services and Finance. This role, reporting to the Director, Real Estate Program Management, will require adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to understand strategy and how this translates into day-to-day operations and program / project execution.

How you’ll succeed
- Program Support - Assist in coordinating and supporting the Enterprise Real Estate Service Model Transformation Program.
- Supplier Governance - Support ongoing assessment of supplier and sub-contractor relationships and operational effectiveness.
- Multi-Sourcing Governance - Assist in managing multiple governance workstream stream meetings with various internal stakeholders and key suppliers. Ensuring 3rd party vendor manager maintains minutes when necessary, ensure timelines are adhered to, and dashboards are updated.
- Service Performance Management - Assist in analyzing service delivery models in the various contracts to ensure KPI & SLA are adhered to. Making recommendations on behavioral trends with suppliers who deliver services to CIBC.
- Financial Management - Assist in reviewing vendor spend, tracking, and adherence to payment terms of contracts.
- Administration - Ensuring Minutes are managed and maintained, Supplier Governance Share points are compliance ready, assist in booking meeting rooms and working with team(s) schedules.
- Assist Supplier Governance extended teams such as Facilities Management, Construction Project Management, Leasing etc. on their compliance & administrative activities.
- Managing the delivery of 3rd party Procurement Plan.
- Subject Matter Expert on compliance related activities such as user access testing, BCP Plans, KPI reviews of subcontractors.
