Responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services based on the agreed MSA
Provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services to run day-to-day operations and services for the overall Operations of Data Centers (Tampines & Alexandra) for UOB as well as the building management. Y
Maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA’s and KPI’s, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client’s workplace.
Assist the Senior Facilities Manager in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client.
Be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:
- Vendor and Contract Management
- Facilities Operations and Improvements
- Financial Management and Savings Initiatives
- Procurement and Risk Management
- Customer Service & Client Relationships
- Reporting, Training, Staff Management and other responsibilities assigned by Senior Facilities Manager
Support major and minor internal projects (and moves/adds/changes) from start to finish, including tender process, procurement, project planning & execution, staff communications, risk management, quality supervision and project updates/reporting (If required).
Implement JLL Corrigo tool on the site and ensure that the Client staff uses it as well to log in helpdesk complaints
Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Provide Reports as required by the Client and Senior FM
Actively participate in all planned training activities
Experience
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in property/facilities management
