1. Building and COntracts administration on site.
2. Preparing and checking progress claims to Clients and from sub-contractors.
3. Call for quotations, review and evaluate before awarding of contracts.
4. Update and submit details and information such as taking-off, estimation works and tabulations as and when requested.
5. Prepare and finalise outstanding progress claims and final claims.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Cost Estimation Analysis, Measurement and Valuation,Contractual Knowledge, Negotiation, Leadership.
7. Willingness to travel, ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, and multiple tasks management.
